We are happy to announce the availability of The Caste "Bunkhouse" (formerly residential space only) to guests! Located above the garage, this newly updated open space is perfect for families, close friends, girls weekend, sister weekend, and overflow sleeping for guests participating in events at the Castle. Being this is not part of the Castle Suites, it does not include use of the swim spa/sauna (unless upgrade is available) or Lake Level amenities, but it does provide access to the beach and a designated parking space.
The entrance is located on the backside of the garage, facing the water, with parking on the right side of the building. Guests enter into a small mudroom and then ascend one long flight of stairs to an open space to share. Sleeping quarters consist of a stand alone king bedroom with partial lake view and large smart tv, two queen beds with sound/light blocking privacy curtains in the center, and a separate dormer with a full bed, window and a sound/light blocking privacy curtain separating it from the living area. Communal space includes a large dining table for eight, living room area with a smart tv, a wet bar (with mirror for getting ready) and kitchenette complete with a minifridge, microwave, a fully stocked coffee machine, and basic kitchen supplies. In addition to the wet bar sink, the bathroom is designed to support multiple users and includes two more sinks with a separate shower/toilet closet. All linens and basic supplies are provided for guests staying in the Bunkhouse. New mini-split offers controlled AC in the space.
SUMMER 2026: Outdoor space will be provided with this rental to include a firepit and seating.
Nightly Rate (Two night minimum on Weekends)
$275 Weekday/$325 Weekend for 2 Guests plus tax/fee (9.5%)
+$200 per night for 3-8 Guests plus tax/fee (9.5%)
Special Circumstances Considered
No children without prior approval
Access to Sauna/Swim Spa MAY be available as an upgrade. Ask :)
Upgrade Options:
"Sauna/Swim Package": $50 fee per stay for a 1-2 Guests/$100 fee for up to 4 guests. Not big enough to support large groups.
"Pup Package" Add-On ($100 fee per stay plus 9.5% tax/card fee) for Pre-Approved dogs only
