Direct Booking Cancellation Policy
All requests to cancel a booking made directly from our website will be charged a $150 processing fee.

Peak Season (May-October) |
Over 90 days from date of stay, refund minus fee |
Cancellations 90 days or fewer will be reopened for booking. Rebooked nights will be refunded minus the fee* |
Off-Peak Season (November-April) |
Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may be moved for free within the Off-Peak Season |
Cancellations less than 24 hours from your stay will not be refunded* |
*Exception for guests flying in the CMX airport who can produce proof of a cancelled flight. A full refund minus card fees will be granted.
Peak Season Cancellations (May-October): Due to high demand and the impact one reservation has on bookings of the entire guest side for families, friends, destination weddings, and corporate retreats, bookings made for peak season are subject to a more rigid cancellation policy.
Off-Peak Season Cancellations (November-April): Additional protection is offered in our off-season if cancelling due to inclement weather.
