Castle Booking Cancellation Policy

​All requests to cancel a booking will be charged a $150 processing fee.
Only formal requests made officially using the form below will be processed.

Request to Cancel Form

​Peak Season  (May-October)
Due to high demand and the impact one reservation has on bookings of the entire guest side for families, friends, destination weddings, and corporate retreats, bookings made for peak season are subject to a more rigid cancellation policy.

• ​Over 90 days (from date of stay): refund minus fee
• ​Cancellations 90 days or fewer will be reopened for others to book. Rebooked nights may be credited or refunded minus the fee 
  ​(depending on the circumstances)

​Off-Peak Season (November-April)
​Additional protection is offered in our off-season if cancelling due to inclement weather.

• Over 24 hours (from date of stay):  may move to another off-peak time that year for free.​
• ​​Cancellations less than 24 hours from your stay will not be refunded*

*Exception for guests flying in the CMX airport who can produce proof of a cancelled flight.​ A full refund minus card fees will be granted.
