We are very excited to offer Serenity Massage and Wellness services onsite for our guests. Stephanie, your main therapist, will be able to coordinate exactly what you need to complete the "perfect" stay here at the Castle. She offers various types of massage including Back & Shoulder only, Swedish for relaxation, Deep Tissue for focused area trigger points, Wellness for a combo of relaxation and deep tissue, Sports for conditioning and recovery, Myofascial Release for tension and pain relief, and Craniosacral for scalp and shoulder work directed at immune support. Additional Massage time $35 pp/per half hour
All massages are performed using unscented coconut oil as the standard.

AromaTouch 8 Essential Oils w/Hot Towels $25 pp (+10 min)
NANCY and KEITH LOVE!! Your therapist will apply various oil droplets down your spine throughout the course of your massage. Each new round of scented oil is first introduced to you through a silently-directed waft to your nose while you are resting face down on the table. Warm towels are also used to wrap your hands and feet during this process for the ultimate cozy feeling.
Hair & Scalp Bliss $30 pp (+10 min)
NANCY LOVES!! This is a must add to nourish both your scalp and hair with targeted essential oils. Plan this for an end-of-the-day treatment to allow the massive amount of oil to marinate a bit before you shower. You will be gloriously greasy and smell fabulously! Pro Tip: Protect clothing and bedding by using the hair towel wrap provided in every suite.
Hot Rocks Massage $25 pp (integrated into your massage)
Enjoy a little piece of heaven as your therapist applies massage techniques through use of warmed rocks from the beach. The warmth will radiate through your skin and deep into your muscle provided a deeper treatment effect.
Foot Pampering $20 pp (+10 min)
Hydrating, deep pain relief, flexibility and more! This satisfying add-on ends with a warm towel wrap to provide lasting effects throughout the remainder of your massage.
Tired Legs (thigh and calf) $20 pp (+10 min)
Perfect for guests who spend their time hiking up and down the trails of the Keweenaw!
Himalayan Sea Salt Back Scrub $20 pp (+10 min)
KEITH LOVES!! Your massage will start face down with this add-on to allow the therapist to apply a special sea salt and oil blend to exfoliate your back. Who doesn't like a good back scratch :)
Face Mask Application $30 pp (+10 min)
The face mask products geared for people over or under 30 as needs vary (if you are 30, you pick!) :) The focus can be on anti-aging or general detoxification of the skin.
Targeted Joint Mobilization $30 (+15 min)
This add-on empathizes the "therapy" in Massage Therapy! If you have a specific joint area that provides you with discomfort, your therapist is trained to manipulate, stretch, massage, and pinpoint very direct points to assist in achieving relief. Nancy's testimonial... I have a LOT of lower back pain (bulged discs) that is exacerbated by tightness throughout my hips from ANY standing or lifting I do. I can literally feel immediate relief from a hip-stretch add-on from our therapists. It has been a game change for me!
Magnetic Therapy (energy flow/release) $25 pp (integrated into your massage)
Your therapist will place the magnetic blanket under the sheets on the massage bed prior to your arrival. Note Magnetic Therapy requires additional equipment setup. Cancelations the day of will still be charged.

TIP: I (Nancy) highly recommend utilizing the sauna prior to your massage. It will loosen your muscles and produce better effects from the massage.
