Cancellation Policy
Peak Season Cancellations (May-October): Due to high demand and the impact one reservation has on bookings of the entire guest side for families, friends, destination weddings, and corporate retreats, bookings made for peak season are subject to a more rigid cancellation policy. Requests to cancel made within 3 months of your stay will be refunded in full, minus the $50 processing fee. Any cancellation with less notice will be repost on our Facebook and website for others to rebook. Refunds will be issued for any nights rebooked minus the fee. Requests must be made officially using the link below.
Off-Peak Season Cancellations (November-April): Additional protection is offered in our off-season if cancelling due to inclement weather. Simply provide a 48 hour notice to move your dates for free or cancel with only the $50 processing fee charge. For fly-in guests to CMX airport, the same options apply if your flight is cancelled due to weather. Requests must be made officially using the link below.
Guests with direct bookings must formally request to cancel a reservation through the link below. A $50 processing fee will apply.
