Check in: This is super flexible and self guided. Although check in time for your suite is 4pm, if you arrive earlier (after noon) and want to use the facilities, you are more than welcome to do so. I've mapped out play by play directions as signage is limited due to our residential location. Feel free to text or call me if you have any questions!
Parking: Spots are on the left side of the guest entrance or across the drive. In non-winter months, each suite will have their own designated parking spot. Please do not block our garage stalls :)
Guest Entrance: The Guest Entrance is marked with a large "Keweenaw Castle" welcome mat outside (except in the winter) and the words "Keweenaw Castle Resort: Registered Guests Only" on the glass. The residential front door is tucked inside a different courtyard so there is rarely any confusion. Once inside, you may find me at my desk, otherwise simply walk through the open French doors to the foyer where you will find the "Welcome Board".
Key Pickup: Your name will be on the Welcome Board with your suite name (reminder of what you reserved) and your key will be hanging neatly on a hook below.
Check out: 10 a.m. typically (you are welcome to lounge on the property, we just need to clean your suite) Simply hang your key back on the welcome board hook so we know you've vacated the room.
Residential Side: The Great Room that you may see in pictures/videos is part of the residential side of the building. We feel very honored to be able to live in such a spectacular structure and we like to share that experience with our guests as often as possible. If we are home and in that space, we typically keep the door in the guest foyer open and welcome you in. Text me!
