TIP:  I highly recommend utilizing the sauna prior to your massage.  It will loosen your muscles and produce better effects from the massage.  Massages include a choice of grape seed oil, cream, lavender infused oil, or eucalyptus infused oil.  You can discuss your preference with your masseuse at the time of appointment.
